The main styles I teach are taoist (I am the only taoist yin yoga teacher certified by Master Paulie Zink located in Budapest!) , yin, restorative and nidra, but it doesn't mean you cannot ask for other styles.
Hatha / gentle flow and chair / adaptive (for seniors, people recovering from illness or having limited mobility) are also available.
If required, trauma informed protocol can be applied to my classes.
Last but not least, you don't have to take a 'pure style' class!

The languages I teach yoga in are English and in Polish.
Sometimes we cannot wait till our next studio class, but when the day comes, we find ourselves feeling unwell, exhausted or distressed.
Life can surprise us in many ways...
In these situations, we tend to resign from the practice, expecting that it will make us more tired or that we will not be able to concentrate on it.
We also don't want to slow down the other people because of our low disposition.
These are valid reasons to skip a regular class. Unfortunately, skipping a class makes us lose an opportunity to get better.
Yoga can relax, energize, relieve menstrual pain, back pain, headache, mild symptoms of indigestion.
It can calm us down, help us fall asleep, balance our energy to a comfortable level, or invigorate us before a party.
We don't have to skip classes - we just need to know how to adjust our practice or have somebody who will do this for us.
For me, making adjustments is the most enjoyable part of being a yoga teacher, so never hesitate to make special requests.
